This includes but is not limited to the App's design, code, features, content, logos, trademarks, and any related documentation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any of the materials is prohibited unless you obtain express written consent from DevBiz, Inc.

MightyBuzz and all related logos and names are trademarks or registered trademarks of DevBiz, Inc. Any other trademarks, service marks, or logos mentioned in the App are the property of their respective owners.

2. Third-Party Services

MightyBuzz integrates with third-party platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit to retrieve content. DevBiz, Inc. does not have control over these platforms, nor does it assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of any content retrieved from these services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions, and we encourage users to review their privacy policies and terms of use.

The inclusion of links or content from third-party services does not imply endorsement by DevBiz, Inc., and we make no guarantees regarding the reliability or completeness of third-party content.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

MightyBuzz is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. DevBiz, Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevBiz, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the MightyBuzz app. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. In no event shall the total liability of DevBiz, Inc. exceed the amount paid, if any, for using the App.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevBiz, Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any violation of rights of third parties.

6. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the MightyBuzz app. Any unauthorized use of the App or breach of these Terms may result in termination of your account and access to the App.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Legal Notices and any disputes related to your use of the MightyBuzz app are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

8. Changes to Legal Notices

DevBiz, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Legal Notices at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated notices.
