Welcome to MightyBuzz, an application provided by DevBiz, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using MightyBuzz (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use MightyBuzz for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

2. Account and Access

• You must create an account to access certain features of MightyBuzz. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.

3. Subscription and Billing

MightyBuzz offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Standard Tier: $2.99 per month with a 7-day free trial.
• Pro Tier: $8.99 per month.

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal in your device's account settings.
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize DevBiz, Inc. to charge your Apple ID account for the applicable subscription fees.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are managed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support as per their policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App are owned by DevBiz, Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App.

6. Third-Party Content

MightyBuzz fetches public content from third-party platforms (X, YouTube, Reddit). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevBiz, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
